Server Requirements

• Microsoft Windows 2000 Server or Windows 2003 Server
• SQL Server 2000
• Microsoft Word XP
• 512 MB Ram for SQL Server + Memory 20 Mb of Ram per User (recommended 40MB RAM per user)
• Disk Space 4 GB + disc space to store attachments and CVs -typical 20GB per 100,000 candidates
• Pentium 3 1GHz processor for 1 to 30 users (Recommended Pentium 4 2GHz) - For 50 to 200 users dual Pentium 4 2.2GHz recommended
• CD ROM
• 100MB Network Card
• Static IP address for remote support (can be ADSL single user link with static IP address)

Client Machines (PC's)

• Operating System: Windows 98, ME, 2000 or XP - Affinity Reports require Windows ME and above (Recommended Windows XP)
• Minimum PC Spec - Pentium 2 with 64 MB Ram (consider increasing for CV processor performance)
• Disk Space - min 250 MB free disk space
• Monitor: 17" Recommended running at 1024x768 - (21" for running the CV Processor)
• 10/100 network card
• No additional client software is required for Affinity (exception Affinity Reports)

Dependencies

• Internet Explorer 5.5 or above (requires configuration of Intranet Security)
• Microsoft Outlook (for e mail and task related reminders).
• Microsoft Word or equivalent for creating CV's / one off letters.
